New Monopole Near Windermere Park in Cumming, GA

AT&T assigned Municipal this project after it had been exhausted by multiple developers over several years. The stringent zoning ordinance and uneven topography made it particularly difficult to find a viable location inside the search area, which led to a coverage gap with all major carriers. We reached out to Forsyth County, and they were a great partner in helping us find the ideal location for a tower on their property. Our 197’ monopole provides the carriers the height needed, while also being unobtrusive to nearby homes.
